Compatible with most smartphones and tablets, Neptune 360 Mobile™ empowers field technicians to gather detailed data logging information during customer visits on-site. They can promptly create visual representations of a customer's water usage patterns to pinpoint instances of high water consumption or the onset of a potential continuous leak within the residence. These visuals also include all E-Coder® alerts to assist further in diagnosing usage irregularities. The user-friendly Neptune 360 Mobile™ app is effortlessly deployable and provides Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) capabilities directly in the palm of your hand – delivering 96 days of hourly interval data alongside alerts for leaks, tampering, and reverse flow directly from the meter.
